All services are provided on a custom project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate project agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any automation solutions we provide

• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and code frameworks
• Custom automation solutions created for your specific use case may be subject to separate licensing terms outlined in project agreements

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
